At Naturogani,
We care about your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear pictures/videos of the issue at the time of complaint. Once verified, we will process your replacement as per policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges are valid only within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
